Abstract

 

In contemporary schools the headmaster is required to have further skills apart from the basic administration knowledge such as the ability to coordinate a group and the ability to create an appropriate environment, which will target to the suitable administration of material and disembodied resources, the inner evaluation of the educational tasks and the connection of school with the wider local society. If it is taken for granted this multidimensional role in relation to the lack of his initial training in “school administration” it comes reasonably as a result the need of further education and training sessions. So, contemporary school executives in order to carry out their duties, not experiencely but with subjectivism, it is needed stable and combatible training framework, which will be conformable with the basic points of the Adult Education and designed according to the objective needs of training programs and the needs' investigation and evaluation of the population-target.
